We are pleased to announce that Seven Yield Holding has received the Green Project of the Year award at The Asset Triple A Infrastructure Awards 2021 for the first green loan Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) financing for shipping assets.

The financing supports our LNG-powered PCTCs, Siem Confucius and Siem Aristotle, deployed exclusively for Volkswagen Group on routes between Germany and North America.

Sponsored by Siem Industries, the transaction was arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB as sole arranger and green structuring bank, with DNV providing the second-party opinion.

The award recognises the combination of structured vessel financing and investment in LNG-powered tonnage, marking an important milestone for Seven Yield and our financing partners.
