• The ways in which Seven Yield S.A. will communicate its commitment to modern slavery and human trafficking to its employees, suppliers and customers.

Seven Yield S.A. will review its Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy annually and make any necessary changes. Seven Yield S.A. will also publish its Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement annually. Seven Yield S.A. is committed to working with its suppliers and customers to ensure that there is no modern slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains.

Seven Yield S.A. will:

• Ask its suppliers to confirm that they do not use modern slavery or human trafficking in their own businesses or in their supply chains.
• Work with its customers to ensure that they are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and that they are taking steps to prevent it.
• Provide training to its employees on modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Report any suspected cases of modern slavery and human trafficking to the relevant authorities.
• Seven Yield S.A. is committed to making a difference in the fight against modern slavery and human trafficking.
