We are pleased to announce that Seven Yield, a subsidiary of Seven Yield Holding, has signed a shareholders’ agreement with ITOCHU Corporation to establish S&I Leasing Pte. Ltd., a 50/50 joint venture.

The joint venture will develop a vessel finance leasing business across conventional shipping segments, including dry bulk, tankers, gas carriers and containerships.

The partnership brings together Seven Yield and ITOCHU to pursue vessel leasing opportunities and provide financing solutions to shipowners and operators.
