We are pleased to announce that Seven Yield has entered into an agreement with Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) to acquire the Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) Lake Kivu and Lake Geneva.

The two second-hand vessels, built in 2006 and 2015 respectively, have capacities of approximately 4,900 and 6,200 car equivalent units (CEU). Both vessels are expected to be delivered into our ownership over the coming months.

The acquisition will expand our PCTC fleet, adding tonnage backed by term charter employment.
