We are pleased to announce that Seven Yield has agreed to acquire the PCTC Lake Wanaka from Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS).

The agreement follows our purchase of Lake Kivu and Lake Geneva, announced in December 2025, and brings the total number of vessels to be acquired from EPS to three.

Built in 2008, Lake Wanaka has a capacity of approximately 4,900 car equivalent units (CEU) and will join our fleet with secured time charter employment.

This further acquisition builds on the strong relationship established between Seven Yield and EPS and our close cooperation throughout these transactions.
