We are pleased to announce the delivery of M.V. BTG Ulriken, the first vessel under S&I Leasing, our 50/50 joint venture with ITOCHU Corporation.

The 82,000 dwt Kamsarmax bulk carrier was delivered at Maizuru Shipyard, Japan, through SI Narwhal 1 Pte. Ltd., a vessel-owning subsidiary of S&I Leasing. She is chartered to BTG Arrow I.

Delivery was completed at 09:10 local time, with the vessel sailing on her maiden voyage at 14:00. Local kindergarten children joined the farewell, giving the vessel and her crew a memorable send-off.

This first delivery marks an important milestone in the development of our vessel leasing partnership with ITOCHU. We wish her Master and crew safe sailing.
