ITOCHU Corporation and Seven Yield Holding, through its subsidiary Seven Yield, signs Shareholders’ Agreement to establish S&I Leasing Pte. Ltd. as joint venture for the purposes of developing a vessel finance leasing business in relation to conventional shipping segments such as bulk, tanker, gas carriers and container vessels.
